Dry needling - this is a fantastic way to manage symptoms in a conservative fashion. It serves as a reset for your tissue, promotes blood flow/circulation, and aids with nervous system regulation. It is great at releasing tension and reducing pain. I bring all of the equipment needed to you. Want to learn more about if dry needling is a good fit for you? Reach out through the contact us page or schedule a FREE phone consultation today.

Exercise Planning - Wrapping up traditional physical therapy but still apprehensive about your typical exercise routine or your usual hobbies? Pain resolved but want guidance with maintaining your gains or direction on how to keep building towards new goals? I bridge the gap between rehab and fitness to help you work into exercise and hobbies with confidence, age with strength, and prevent future dysfunction. Our Process

Initial Evaluation

Our initial evaluation will consist of a conversation to discuss your concerns and goals, tests and measures to find areas which need to be addressed, treatment for main concerns, and development of a plan moving forward.

Highly Individualized Plan of Care

You will not find cookie cutter plans here - each patient is different and they are working towards different goals. We will develop a plan that addresses your specific needs and puts you on a path towards your individual goals.

Long Term Change and Connection

With Mosaic you have a partner - no get you in get you out mindsets here. We have built a business model that allows us to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and that gray area after. Guidance will be provided as you work to maintain the changes you’ve made, as you ramp back up your fitness routine, as you try to develop a fitness routine you’ve never had.

  • "Meeting Kellsie changed everything for me. I’ve seen other physical therapists, but none even come close. She’s so knowledgeable, and thanks to her I avoided two elbow surgeries and a foot surgery. I’d follow her anywhere—she’s truly amazing."

    —Former Client

  • "Kellsie is the absolute best therapist! I have worked with her in rehabbing multiple injuries, as well as post op needs. She makes sure you progress, but if something isn’t working well she will find a modification. The use of dry needling was a true game changer. I had no idea how powerful of a tool it was until she asked if I was willing to try it. I will always recommend her to friends and family."

    —Former Client

  • "I cannot recommend my Kellsie enough. She has a mobile practice and comes to me, usually at my classroom, which is unbelievably convenient with my schedule. She has also come to my home when needed, and that flexibility has made it so much easier for me to stay consistent with treatment. She is incredibly thorough and takes the time to really understand what’s going on. What I appreciate most is how clearly she explains everything. She’s extremely knowledgeable but never makes you feel overwhelmed or like you should already know the answers. She truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to help you feel better. If you’re looking for a physical therapist who is professional, kind, and exceptionally good at what she does, I cannot recommend her highly enough. I am honestly so glad I found her!!"

Meet Dr.

Kellsie Zook, DPT, ATC

A smiling woman with long brown hair wearing a brown sweater and black pants, leaning on a wooden railing inside a building with large windows and exposed wooden beams.

Hey! My name is Kellsie Zook, and I am the owner of Mosaic Physical Therapy & Strength. I am passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and empowered through all walks of life. I achieve this by bridging the gap between rehab and fitness. I feel there is often a disconnect between symptom management and strength progression/lifestyle modification. This is where I aim to expand.

I have worked with many people who are nearing their end of care and their pain is better, they are tolerating day to day tasks well - but they want to be doing more. Some want to return to higher level recreation but are worried about reaggravating symptoms. Maybe they have never had any kind of exercise routine but now feel motivated to try and implement more movement into their life - but are unsure how to do that. Often times the traditional clinic doesn’t help you through that in-between stage due to insurance restrictions or large patient volumes, this is where I come in.

I have created this practice to allow for more time together, avoiding rushed care and ensuring you feel heard, understood and guided through all stages of recovery and life. Your goals might look different through the years. A single co-rec athlete’s goals won’t look the same as a parent of young kids, or a grandparent trying to keep up with adult kids/grandkids. I will take time to meet you where you are at in your pain/fitness journey and help guide you to where you want to be. Everyone needs movement, strength, and a plan that fits their individual needs.

Please reach out and let’s connect on your journey.
